One Piece Card Game: Super PreRelease Starter Deck - ST01-ST04 - Deck Set
One Piece Card Game: Super Pre-Release Starter Decks ST-01 PRE–ST-04 PRE – Complete set
For both dedicated collectors and new players, One Piece Card Game Super Pre-Release Starter Decks (ST-01 PRE, ST-02 PRE, ST-03 PRE, ST-04 PRE) are a notable part of the game's early history. This includes the first four official Super Pre-Release starter decks from Bandai, released in connection with the game's 2022 launch. Each deck is a complete, sealed beginner set that lets you experience the One Piece universe's core factions in their initial print variant.
Note: “Deck Set” here refers to the combined set containing the four decks. It cannot be confirmed that a separate, factory-sealed Bandai multipack that bundles all four in one official package exists.
Contents and themes of the Super Pre-Release Starter Decks
The four decks in the series are built around iconic factions from One Piece:
- ST-01 PRE – Straw Hat Crew: Luffy and his crew
- ST-02 PRE – Worst Generation: The most notorious rookie pirates
- ST-03 PRE – The Seven Warlords of the Sea: Government-allied pirates
- ST-04 PRE – Animal Kingdom Pirates: Kaido and his followers
Each deck contains:
1 constructed deck with 51 cards, 10 DON!! cards and 3 Rule Index Cards.
In total you receive four complete, sealed decks – suitable for both play and collecting.
What makes the Super Pre-Release version unique?
The Super Pre-Release editions were released in conjunction with the first organized events for the One Piece Card Game in 2022. The cards in these decks have the same text and gameplay function as the regular starter decks but are identified as Super Pre-Release versions in collector databases. Fan databases often describe a gold-colored Super Pre-Release stamp on the cards and DON!! cards, but this is not listed as a specified detail in the official product information.
For collectors and players: Why the set is sought after
This is not a booster pack or single cards, but four sealed, constructed starter decks – each with its own faction and Leader. For collectors, the Super Pre-Release version is a piece of card-game history, while players get access to four complete, ready-to-play decks representing the One Piece universe's core factions.
