For our store in Rødovre Centrum we are now looking for the right person who, together with the store manager, can take responsibility for daily operations, the team and the customer experience.

Your role as assistant store manager

As assistant store manager you will become an important part of the day-to-day leadership and act as the store manager's right hand.

You can, among other things, expect to be co-responsible for:

• Daily operations and management of the store
• Ensuring that we as a team deliver a superb customer experience
• Supporting and motivating employees in daily operations
• Training and developing employees in sales, customer service and product knowledge
• Following up on sales, KPIs and the store's performance
• Ensuring that the store's standards, routines and procedures are followed
• Shift planning and staffing in collaboration with the store manager
• Onboarding and training new employees
• Developing and launching new initiatives and concepts together with the store manager and company leadership
• Being able to take responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present

In other words, your role will be to help ensure that the store always runs smoothly, customers are happy, and employees enjoy coming to work.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have previous experience from retail and preferably from a role where you already had responsibility for other employees.

Maybe you currently work as an assistant store manager, supervisor, team leader or key person and are ready for the next step.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with sales and customer service
• Have experience motivating and developing employees
• Thrive on responsibility and can keep an overview in a busy store
• Are structured and follow your tasks through to completion
• Understand sales figures, KPIs and store results
• Are visible and active on the shop floor
• Want to develop as a leader

Maybe you're already an enthusiast in the TCG world? That's definitely a plus, but not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you are curious and eager to learn the products and the world that our customers and employees are passionate about.

Working hours and location: The position is full-time, 37 hours per week, at the Rogerz store in Rødovre Centrum.
