Collecting and gameplay value

Mega Charizard X ex MEP 023 holds a notable place in the Mega Evolution Black Star Promos series and is especially interesting for Charizard collectors and modern promo enthusiasts. The promo status means the card is not available in regular boosters, but only as a separate release. The Inferno X attack makes the card relevant for Fire-based decks, as it can deal high damage depending on how many Fire Energy you choose to discard. The combination of high HP, Mega Evolution mechanics, and the familiar Charizard motif makes the card popular in both collecting and deck communities.
