Processing Activities
As the data controller under the GDPR, we carry out the following processing activities:
Website Visits
When you visit our website, we use cookies to ensure that the site functions properly.
Communication with Potential Customers
When you have questions about our website or want to learn more about our services, you can contact us via:
- Contact form
- Telephone
Through this, we process your personal data so we can engage in a dialogue with you — for example, to answer questions about our services. We only process the information you provide in connection with our communication.
We typically process the following general information: name, email address, and phone number.
Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
We delete our communication with you once it is clear whether you wish to make use of our services or not.
In special cases, we may store your personal data for a longer period if necessary.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that services are delivered correctly. In doing so, we may process information such as name, address, services, special agreements, payment details, and similar data.
The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters are resolved, we will delete the personal data shortly thereafter.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that you can voluntarily subscribe to — and you may unsubscribe at any time.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers emails containing updates from the company, such as new content on our website or information about our products and services.
We will only send you emails if you have given your explicit consent. You must first provide your email address, after which we will send you a confirmation email to verify your subscription. This ensures that you have actively consented to receiving our newsletter.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data (your email address) for this purpose is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
We will process your personal data as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending emails to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter for one year, your consent will expire due to inactivity.
When you unsubscribe, we retain your previous consent for 2 years from the date it was last used, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s guidelines on spam, section 11.3.
Accounting
We are required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act to store all accounting records. This means that we keep invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes, which may include general personal data such as name, address, and service descriptions.
The legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
We store this data for at least 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the record was created.
Job Applications
We gladly accept job applications in order to assess whether they match an employment need within our company.
If you send us a job application, the legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If you send an unsolicited application, HR will immediately assess whether your application is relevant and will delete your data if no match is found.
If you apply for an advertised position, we will delete your application if you are not hired — and shortly after the right candidate has been found.
If you proceed in the recruitment process and/or are hired, we will provide separate information on how we process your personal data in this context.
Data Processors
We work with partners and suppliers, some of whom act as data processors.
External suppliers may, for example, provide systems for organizing our work, services, consultancy, IT hosting, or marketing.
It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed securely. Therefore, we impose strict requirements on our partners, who must guarantee that your personal data is protected.
We enter into data processing agreements with all companies (data processors) that handle personal data on our behalf to enhance the security of your data.
Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties.
Profiling and Automated Decision-Making
We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making.
Transfers to Third Countries
We generally use data processors within the EU/EEA or those who store data within the EU/EEA.
In some cases, this may not be possible. In such situations, data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used, provided that they can ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
Data Security
We keep the processing of personal data secure by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.
We have carried out risk assessments for our data processing activities and have implemented suitable measures to improve security accordingly.
One of our most important measures is keeping our employees informed about GDPR through ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses, and internal reviews of our data protection procedures.
Rights of Data Subjects
Under the GDPR, you have several rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.
If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us so we can assist you.

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the GDPR to stay informed about your rights and data protection in general.
