The ticket grants you an individual seat at the official prerelease event at Field’s on June 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Here you’ll have the opportunity to experience Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes before the global release, alongside other collectors and players.
What does your Prerelease Pack include?
As a participant you will receive one official Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease Pack from Wizards of the Coast. This pack is designed for the Sealed Deck format and contains everything you need to build your own deck on site:
- 6 Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Play Boosters (14 cards per booster)
- 1 foil, year-stamped rare or mythic rare (prerelease promo)
- 1 deck box
- 1 Spindown life counter
All cards in the pack are from the new MSH set, which includes card numbering up to at least 384 as well as special MAR bonus cards (41–100). The contents follow the official WPN specifications for prerelease packs.
How the event works
The event is run as Sealed Deck. You build a 40+ card deck solely from the cards you open in your prerelease pack. This format is ideal for both experienced Magic players and newcomers who want to experience the Marvel universe in Magic on equal terms with others. The prerelease period for Marvel Super Heroes is set globally for June 19–25, 2026, and this event at Field’s takes place in the middle of that period.
