Return your purchase

There is a 14-day full right of return on sealed goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must follow the five steps below:

1. Write an email to kontakt@rogerz.dk, in which attention is drawn to the fact that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.
   
2. Fill out our RMA form.
   
3. Pack your return items securely. Feel free to use the package and packaging that the order came in*. Remember to leave a note with your order number in the checkout.
   
4. Buy a GLS return label from us, print it out and attach it to the return package.
   Alternatively, you are also welcome to buy your own package label and send to:

   NOTE: If you are buying your own label, please send the package as a direct delivery. If you choose to send as a Shop delivery, we will not receive your return. 
   
5. Deliver the parcel to a parcel shop. Remember to get a receipt for submission.

When the package is in our possession it can take up to five working days before it will be handled. When processed, it can take up to five bank days before your refund is retransferred to your account**.

*Any damage caused by the buyer or during shipping to us will result in a reduction in the refund amount.

**Any shipping costs will not be reimbursed for return cases.
