Collecting and gameplay relevance

As a Fairy-type Pokémon-EX from XY Black Star Promos, Diancie-EX XY43 holds significant value for both collectors and players. The card follows the EX rule, which means the opponent takes two Prize cards if Diancie-EX is Knocked Out. Its attacks are:

Moonblast: Requires two Colorless Energy, deals 20 damage and reduces damage from the Defending Pokémon by 20 on your opponent's next turn (before Weakness and Resistance).

Luminous Swirl: Requires two Fairy Energy and one Colorless Energy, does 80 damage plus 40 additional damage for each heads when you flip two coins.

The card is Expanded-legal but no longer Standard-legal, and serves both as an attractive collectible and an exciting addition to deck-building for those who want a classic EX card from the XY era.
